Shipping

All product prices include the legal value added tax in Euro per piece or unit.
Shipping costs Germany

Shipping within Germany

The shipping costs per package within Germany are: € 4,90
From an order value of € 50,00 we deliver free of charge.

Shipping EU / Europe

For shipping within the EU (including Austria), the shipping costs per package amount to: € 9.90.
From an order value of € 300 (Austria € 150) we deliver free of shipping costs.
Shipping to Switzerland & outside EU

Shipping to Switzerland and outside the EU

For shipping to Switzerland and outside the EU the shipping costs per package amount to: € 16.90 (excluding VAT).
From an order value of € 600 – without VAT – we deliver free of shipping costs.

Payment

Basically, the following payment methods are available to you:

Prepayment | Paypal | Purchase on account (only for regular customers) | Gift voucher

Prepayment

Your desired items will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. The items remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days).

Depending on the credit institution, it may take 3-5 business days until we receive your payment.

Important notes for the bank transfer:
Please always state your order number as reason for payment.

PayPal

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. After successful payment you will be redirected back to the INFEA online store. Your PayPal account will be debited after you have completed your order.

Purchase on account (only for regular customers)

Our invoices are payable without deduction within 8 days after receipt of the goods. Please always state your order number as reason for payment.

Note on purchase on account: INFEA GmbH reserves the right not to accept purchase on account for initial orders and in individual cases and to refer to other payment methods.

Gift voucher

When paying with a gift voucher, please enter your voucher code in the order process during payment. The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total order amount in the shopping cart. If there is a remaining amount that is not covered by your voucher, you can pay the rest conveniently via Paypal or on account.
